What it does

An AI chatbot for a service business answers the questions people ask on your website from your own content (services, pricing rules, service areas, FAQs), cites the page the answer came from, and hands the visitor to a booking, a call, or a text when they are ready. The bot on this site is the demo: open it and ask about Plainbuilt.

It answers from your content, not from the open internet. Every answer links to the page it came from, and questions outside its scope get a plain refusal and an offer to book a working session. After a couple of turns, or when someone asks about price or timeline, it offers the next step: book, call, or text.

How pricing works

Pricing depends on which modules you deploy, the integrations involved, and how much is custom to your operation. Most clients start with a single module and expand once it proves out. You'll get a clear, itemized quote in the working session.

Common questions

Where do the chatbot's answers come from?

From your own content: your services, pricing rules, service areas and FAQs. It does not answer from the open internet, and every answer links to the page it came from.

What happens when someone asks something it cannot answer?

It says so plainly and offers the next step: book a working session, call, or text. It never guesses.

How does it hand a visitor to a person?

After a couple of turns, or as soon as someone asks about price or timeline, it offers a booking, a call, or a text. Those three doors are the same ones on every page of your site.

Can I try it before I buy it?

Yes. The bot on this site is the demo: open it and ask about Plainbuilt. It runs the same way on your site, with your content.

What does it need from us to go live?

The pages and documents it should answer from, the rules for what it may not answer, and where the three handoffs should go. We wire it up, test it against real questions, and turn it on.
